WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE REPUBLICAN
IN THE 93rd ASSEMBLY DISTRICT

Mike Spano, elected as a Republican, defected to the Democrats {allegedly for our good; yeah, sure--but really for his own good as that is now the party with more voters in his district) a year ago. So for our good; yeah sure, he now is the running mate of Barack Hussein Obama against our Jim Faulkner and his running mate John McCain!
Let's explore what Mike now stands for (for our good; yeah sure) in backing this ultra Liberal candidate for President just in the area of taxes:
- John McCain & Jim Faulkner propose retaining the current Top Tax Rate of 35%.
Barack Hussein Obama & Mike Spano support an increase to 39.6%
- McCain & Faulkner want to keep the lowest tax rate at 10%
Obama & Spano intend to increase it to 15%
- Faulkner & McCain will keep the Capital Gains Tax at 15%
Spano & Obama support a raise to 20%
- Faulkner & McCain will continue to protect couples from a marriage penalty tax up to $150,000
Spano & Obama will penalize those who marry (so why not just live together) by taxing from $1 on
- McCain & Faulkner will keep the current Child Tax Credit at $1,000
Obama & Spano will decrease it to $500
- McCain & Faulkner will repeal the unfair AMT (Alternative Minimum Tax)
Obama & Spano will continue this unfair tax; at 28%
- John & Jim will retain the 37.9% Self Employment Tax Rate (Social Security & Medicare)
Barack Hussein & Mike will increase this to 54.9% (To heck with the poor little business person)
- Jim & John will set the Corporate Income Tax at 25%
- Mike & Barack Hussein will collect at the 35% rate
So let us reiterate, Mike Spano left the Republican Party and slithered over to the Democrats with their much higher registration numbers, not for his own political future but for us-yeah sure! Just look at this list which deals with the issues of taxes alone. Similar offenses can be outlined in virtually every other area of concern to voters. Mike Spano is now perfectly comfortable in the party of Tax & Spend which he rightly condemned for so many years. Now demographics have taken over. Since he feels he may have an easier time being elected with the Tax & Spend crowd he goes with them (for our good, of couse-yeah sure).
Such shamefulness calls for one action VOTE FOR JIM FAULKNER FOR ASSEMBLYMAN IN THE 93RD ASSEMBLY DISTRICT OF NYS; it will prove that integrity & character still mean something to all of us!

Here are ten proposals by the head of the ticket (John McCain) on which Republican candidate Jim Faulkner is running. Nonehas received support from the head of the ticket (Barack Hussein Obama) on which Democrat (of recent vintagefor our good - yeah, sure) Michael Spano is running.
- Modernize & transform the unemployment insurance system by consolidating & simplifying it; strengthening community colleges & technical training, and giving displaced workers more ways to get back into the game.
- Expand domestic oil exploration: the US must become a leader in a new International Green Economy; a $5,000 tax credit should be committed for every customer who buys a zero carbon emission car.
- Provide immediate relief to homeowners in crisis. Every American homeowner will have the opportunity to trade a burdensome residential mortgage for a manageable loan that reflects the home's market value.
- Special interest spending will stop! Such spending promotes corruption and takes money away from meaningful programs such as education.
- A direct refundable tax credit ($2,500 for individuals/$5,000 for families) to offset the cost of health insurance. Families will be able to choose the insurance provider that suits them best!
- A Student Loan Continuity Plan which will expand the lending capabilities for each state's guarantee agency, to help College Student Assistance programs.
- Double the personal exemption deductions for dependents.Raise the personal exemption for each dependent from $3,500 to $7,000.
- Health care & Medicare reforms to reduce health care costs & control increases in premiums while delivering high-quality health care.
- Ban internet taxes! Ban new cell phone taxes! No new taxes on phone calls or texting!!
- Permanently repeal the Alternative Minimum Tax (ATM); a tax paid nearly exclusively by 25 million middle class families. A middle class family with children set to pay the AMT will save an average of $2,700!
So, on Election Day vote the "Good-Guys" McCain/Palin/Faulkner et al. Do not vote the "bad-guys" Obama/Biden/Spano (who abandoned us for our own good--yeah,sure)!
MIKE SPANO, HAVE YOU COMPARED THE LADIES?

Mr. Assemblyman, have you taken the time to compare the assets & the liabilities of the wives of the candidates for President of the United States? Certainly, the qualifications of the candidates themselves are paramount. However, it really is a "package deal"; when you elect a candidate, you get the spouse in the White House too. So, whom do you think, considering your protestations of having bolted our Republican Party to the Dems for our good (yeah, sure), will better represent us as First Lady?
On your side now is a woman who has consistently "badmouthed" our country and its society. A woman who, with her husband, repeatedly attended church services at which America was condemned as the great evil in the world. A woman who does such things despite the opportunity she has been given to obtain an Ivy League education with loans from us, the taxpayers. A woman who complains, despite her obviously comfortable financial situation, about the difficulty in repaying such a loan. A woman who, depute her conspicuous advantages in this world, country & society, says that now, for the first time, she is proud of this country. Mr. Spano, my grandparents said that they were proud of this country five minutes after arriving in this great nation, with nothing but the clothing on their backs, from Italy (paternal) & Poland (maternal).
On our side Mr. Assemblyman, the "good-guys" side--the guys you deserted for our good (yeah, sure), offer as First Lady, Cindy McCain, with the following resume:
- She was graduated from Southern Cal & was a special-needs teacher.
- After her father died she became involved with his beer distributing firm, and now is the chairwoman.
- She is involved around the world clearing land mines as a detonation team board member.
- She & her husband have a 19 year old son serving in Iraq, and one in the Naval Academy.
- She raised her children in Phoenix, AZ rather than in the atmosphere of the Washington insiders.
- She & her husband adopted a daughter fro Bangladesh, introduced by Mother Teresa, whom she originally brought to this country simply for extensive medical care.
- She & her husband have a Family Foundation for children's causes.
- She is active with "Halo Trust" - to both clear land mines, and provide water & food in war ravaged and developing countries.
- She is joining an overseas mission of "Operation Smile", a charity for corrective surgery on children's faces.
And Mr. Assemblyman, who deserted our Party for our good (yeah, sure), SHE IS, AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN, PROUD OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!
For these reasons, and many more, I will be voting for Jim Faulkner to replace you in the New York State Assembly (93rd District), and for the entire republican Ticket!

DID MIKE SPANO'S PARTY'S CONVENTION
SHOW THAT HE IS FOR US?

The answer is an emphatic NO! As Frank Gafney, formally of the Reagan Administration pointed out, on the opening Sunday of the convention the delegates were prayed over by none other that Ingrid Mattson, president of the Islamic Society of North America. This ISNA, Mr. Assemblyman, has been identified by the Department of Justice as a front for the Muslim Brotherhood, a global Islamist movement with the stated mission in America of destroying western civilization from within! Further, it has also been named as an unidicted co-conspirator in the United States' largest alleged terrorism financing conspiracy.
Like other Brotherhood operations, ISNA's purpose is to promote what might becalled soft jihad; the task of steadily insinuating the brutally repressive and subversive program the Islamists call Shariah through da'wa, proselytizing the social networking. The more one learns about Dr. Mattson and her organization, the more you, and your preidential candidate's judgment as to what is good for us and our country, comes into question.
Ingrid Mattson is director of the Macdonald Center for the Study of Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations at the Hartford Seminary In Connecticut. Her program is used to credential Muslim chaplains for U.S. prisons and our military. This credentialing was previouly performed by organizations founded by Abdurahman Alamoudi, once among the most prominent Muslim Brotherhood operatives in America. Today Alamoudi is serving a 23-year prison sentence for his involvement in terrorism-related crimes!!
Yes, Mr. Assemblyman Spano, you deserted our party to help us; yeah sure! So these, along with Sheldon Silver, are your new friends. Do you feel comfortable there? If not, what are you doing about it?
I know what I am doing; I am voting for Jim Faulkner in the 93rd District, and for John McCain for President of the United States! For the sake of your children & grandchildren, you should too!!
Mike Spano deserted to the Democrat Party, not to enhance his own political future (the number of Democrats registered in his district now far outnumber Republicans), but "to better serve his constituency"; Yeah Sure! And if you believe that I have some swamp land that I would like to offer you for sale.
Now, let's look at one example of how he is "helping" us, as alleged. Assembly Minority (Republican) Leader Jim Tedesco and his Republican Minority Conference members have introduced the New York State Property Taxpayer Protection Act in the New York State Legislature. This bill is supported by 74% of New Yorkers; the State Commission on Property Tax Relief; over 70 local governments; and, even the new governor.
However, Mike Spano's new Assembly party members (Democrats), under the heel of Boss Sheldon Silver, refuses to bring this important tax relief bill to a vote. Does anyone hear Mike Spano yelling & screaming at his new associates on our behalf? You bet not. No way will he risk his political future for us.
Oh, but didn't he say that he moved to that majority party so that he could better help us? If you still believe that, my swamp land is still available!

MIKE SPANO'S & HIS DEMOCRATS' "SEVEN YEAR ITCH"

A Marilyn Monroe movie entitled The Seven Year Itch, released in 1955, made the point that after seven years of marital bliss one is inclined to forget the love & glory of romance that brought a man to wed his beloved. Temptation, it is then implied, leads him at this time to lose sight of what he has held dear to that point and lose his focus as to what we really hold, or should hold, dear. We forget the wonders of what we have, and fail to see the dangers of where our "carelessness" might lead us.
Analogously, we are now, unfortunately, at the "seven-year-itch" point of the most infamous date in our history; September 11, 2001. It was on that date that the wonders of the greatness of our nation were challenged as never before. Our love of freedom, democracy and republicanism was attacked, and we were horrified. Unfortunately, as the years have passed, and we approach the point of "the seven-year-itch", too many of us seem to have forgotten the fact that our great love has been endangered. We feel that the danger has passed, and that there is no longer a need for diligence. However, as Marilyn Monroe was the temptation that put a marriage of seven years at risk, so is the temptation of thinking that the Terrorists are no longer a threat to our Republic putting us at risk.
Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, it is the Democrat Party, the party of Mike Spano, Sheldon Silver, Elliot Spitzer, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Bill & Hillary Clinton and Barak Hussein Obama, that is trying to lead our country down this garden path of treachery. We are urged to "bring our troops home" from George W. Bush's War, according to the Democrats. Not a war declared by the Islamofacists who took nearly 3,000 lives on 9/11/01, and countless others, US & foreign, before and after that date. It is all George W. Bush's fault according to the Democrats; Mike Spano's Party.
Riots and death threats by & from the Islamofacists because a cartoon published in Denmark of which they didn't approve; the killing of Theo Van Gogh (descendant of the famous painter) because he exercised his freedom of the press privilege; the murder of nuns & schoolgirls in Southeast Asia because of comments by Pope Benedict; the slaughter of thousands of fellow Muslims by the Islamofacists because they wouldn't accept their form of extremism; the threat to exterminate all Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists et al: None of these are significant reasons for our Global War on Terrorism; it's all because of George W. Bush. Right Mr. Assemblyman? Yeah sure!
How can you stand with people of that mindset and say that you do so for us, your constituency? You have succumbed to the "seven-year-itch" of forgetting the love of country held so dear by the Republican Party, and have been lured to the arms of a party which puts the temptation of votes & electability before the interests of our dearest love, the United States of America! Shame on you and the Democrat Party! I urge, as a consequence, that everyone in the 93rd District vote for Jim Faulkner to replace you as our Assemblyman in the New York State Legislature!!!

"THE POWER TO TAX IS THE POWER TO DESTROY

This was what the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John Marshall, said in his 1819 decision in the case of McCullock v Maryland. Even at that time in this nation, nearly 200 years ago, it was obvious that the government's power to tax was awesome & frightening, and if not controlled could be detrimental to free people. It was certainly not the first expression of this understanding. A similar theme, for example, was echoed in 1787 by Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, who in so many words said that a democracy is doomed when the masses realize that they can vote themselves anything & everything from the public treasury; you and your fellow Democrats give that very dangerous encouragement to the masses. The treasury, of course, is filled only from the taxes paid into it by us!
Herein lies one of the main differences in philosophy between your new associates (Boss Sheldon Silver & his band of "bad guys") and party (the far left leaning Democrats), and those whom you abandoned (Jim Maisano, George Oros, Gregg Ball & the other "good guys" and party (the mainstream Republicans) ! It is your new cohorts who believe in continuing & cumulative tax increases, which they refuse to cap, because they "know" that they can spend each family's money better than can the households themselves.
They (and now you too) make up the party of dependency; make everyone come to you begging for their needs with their hats in hand. By contrast, those whom you double-crossed (again, we Republicans) believe, as the party of opportunity, that government should take less taxes from families. Rather, we believe in each household's ability to spend its own money, in its own interest, according to its own decisions. We believe that individuals should not be dependent on the government except for the essentials of safety & protection, and a limited safety net for social emergencies. We believe each person should decide if his hard earned money should be spent on food for his wife, education for his children, health care for himself, or luxuries for them all.
Tax money should not be going to boondoggles such as the millions being poured over to Democrat County Executive Andy Spano's friends for Rye Playland "construction" & "reconstruction". What is our defense against your new party's indifference to what is right or wrong for us, the voters? It's easy, Votes For Jim Faulkner For Assembly in the 93rd District!!

When Mike Spano became a turncoat from the principles
of the Republican Party he lied as to the reason. He
alleged that the good
reason for so
doing was to be in a better position to deliver for his
constituency as a member of the majority party in the New
York State Assembly. The real
reason, of
course, was to be able to take advantage of the demographic
changes in his constituency, which now favor his new party,
and make his future reelection easier. He did
it for
himself, not for us.
The hypocrisy of his allegations are now spotlighted by
what his
new friends in the
Assembly Majority have done to "help" our city this year.
The band of Democrats in Albany, of which he is now a tried
and true member, has held up over 100 good, commonsense
bills designed to help New York's hardworking families and

illness, or a terrible unwanted accident. We are talking of
a person who, with his eyes wide open, walked away from the
"good guys" and joined with the "bad guys" for his
advancement, and to our detriment! Such a person deserves
to be defeated, and soundly, in his coming bid for
reelection!!
